With enough water, sunshine, and through the experts hand of a hardworking farmer, the seed can blossom and give us a bountiful harvest in time.  I see myself as that seed that is still to be nurtured in a fertile soil.  Standing from where I am right now, I believe that the best way for me to reach my full potentials is to earn an MBA degree so I can find a suitable career in the agro-business field.  On the forefront of the latest innovations in technology and with a business mindset, I believe I can make a significant contribution to the agricultural industry of Zimbabwe and even manage my own farm someday.  Staying true to the adage “you reap what you sow,” hardwork, patience, and dedication are the most valued traits I have, as I worked my way through, from being an assistant farm manager to a project manager who’s involved with different facets of the agriculture business including marketing, technical support, planning, and financial management.

The word "agriculture" indicates that you are crying a field, cultivating seeds, harvesting a harvest, feeding cows or feeding animals. Until recently, a pretty accurate picture has occurred. But for the days, agriculture is radically different. Agriculture has developed into agriculture and has turned into a global and complex system, which goes beyond the agricultural holding, in order to involve all those involved in the production of food and fibre to consumers. Restaurants, supermarkets). The agri-food system has undergone rapid change as the new industrial sectors have evolved and traditional farms have become more livable and more specialized. The transformation didn't happen at night, but it started slowly in response to a series of forces. If you know the way in which the agri-food industry has been achieved, it is easier to understand how this system works today and how the future will change Initially, agriculture was the main business, which was easy to become a farmer, but productivity was low. The average farmer produced enough food to feed only four people. As a result, most of the farmers have been almost completely self-sufficient. They have produced most of the inputs required for production, such as seeds, animal design, fodder and simple agricultural products. Farmers ' families processed the products that grew up to make their food and their clothes. They consummated or exploited everything they produced. The small amount of production that has not been consumed in the courtyard has been sold for cash These items were used to feed and hide the small part of the population of the country who lived and lives in villages and towns. A couple of agricultural products have done their part in the export market and have been sold to buyers, other countries. Farmers found themselves more and more profitable to focus on the production and started to buy discharges that were previously part of them themselves. This trend has allowed companies to build businesses that have focused on the demand for inputs used in the manor industry, such as seeds, bends, machines and so on. These enterprises, which are involved in the industries that make up the sector of "agricultural products" The centres of entry are an important part of the agricultural sector and represent a wide range of products based on technology, accounting for about 75% of all means of production used in the production economy. At the same time, the agricultural sector has developed, a similar assessment has been carried out and a transformation activity of raw materials has been carried out, and food production has been moved from the farm. The form of most of the raw materials (wheat, rice, milk, cattle, etc.) needs to be adjusted to be more useful and convenient for consumers. For the ex. The progress in the processing of food products has allowed these products to be obtained throughout the year. Today, even most of the farmers ' families also use food and fibre products purchased, instead of turning into production Even companies that meet consumer demand, after more processing and convenience, account for an important part of the agricultural sector and are called "processing industries." It is clear that the definition of agriculture had to be extended to more than one production. Farmers need the industry to make available the products and services needed for the production of agricultural products. They also rely on the processors of raw materials, food producers and, in the final analysis, food traders and retailers, in order to buy their agricultural raw materials and transform them and deliver them to the consumer for retail sale The result is the food system and the fibrary system. The system of food and fibre products is increasingly known as "agribusiness". The term "Agribusiness" was introduced in 1957 by Davis and Goldberg for the first time. It is a three-part system consisting of (1) the agricultural sector (2), the productive sector and (3) the processing sector. The collection of the meaning of the term "Agribusiness" is important for the visualization of sectors as related parts of a system in which the success of any part depends heavily on the proper functioning of the other two
